Terms of Service
1. The Service
Andres AI (the "Service") is a private AI assistant operated by Andres (the "Operator"). It works inside Telegram and, if you connect them, with your Google accounts. These Terms apply to everyone the Operator invites to use it ("you").
2. Access
The Service is invitation-only. The Operator decides who may use it and may grant, limit or end access at any time. You are responsible for the Telegram and Google accounts you use with it and for keeping them secure.
3. Connecting Google accounts
You connect a Google account only by granting access on Google's consent screen. You confirm you are entitled to grant that access, including, for a work account, under your organisation's rules. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How Google data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, phishing or deceptive messages;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. AI output
The assistant uses AI models and can make mistakes. Check important output, especially anything it sends, books or changes on your behalf, before relying on it. Actions you ask the assistant to take are taken on your behalf and at your instruction.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. The Operator may end your access at any time, in particular for breach of these Terms.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Poland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
